I'm 22 years old and have never owned anything nice in my life, so purchasing a brand new vehicle was a huge, scary step for me! Anne made sure I was comfortable and we'll looked after which made me feel way more at ease with such a huge commitment. She jumped through fire hoops for me and I could not be happier being a brand new Jeep owner. Let's just say there's a lot of jealousy now that I have such a nice whip ;) thanks again for making this so great for me. Everett in financing also wasn't there to waste my time or sell me things I didn't NEED which I really appreciate because a lot of people would take advantage of a young buyer I feel. I would highly recommend these employees as well as this Chrysler dealership! :) More

The other great thing that I loved about your staff is that they didn't beat around the bush they told us what we could afford what we couldn't afford and help us get what we wanted. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure that we got the vehicle we wanted and all the necessary extras in an extremely timely fashion. We were in a bit of a time crunch and everyone made sure we got everything arranged without being rushed. Joe was our salesperson and he was awesome as was Zac. We would do it again ! More

Horrible service from the service dept First let me say that the sales dept was great. They treated us well and I believe we got a good deal. However, the service dept is a different story. Trip 1 I took my truck in for a recall and they did not have the parts. They said they would call when they got them but 4 months later and no call. 2nd trip was with my Grand Caravan. They have a deal that if you pay for your first oil change they do your second for free. Now I know how they do it. $90 for a Caravan oil change! As we all know, with a coupon that is a $40 bill at the drive in places. To make it worse I am paying $4 each way to cross the Golden Ears to get to the dealership. Now today I have a disable Caravan (2014). The battery light is on and my wife is afraid to drive it. I called to set up an appointment and, according to the girl that answered the phone, they cant look at it until Wednesday! "So what do I do until then" I asked. "Maybe try another dealership" I was told. I think I will! Both Willowbrook Chrysler and Langley Chrysler were able to work on it the next day. And no bridge tolls!!! I am done with Maple Ridge Chrysler. My sales guy has left there so I will be dealing with him at his new location going forward. More

Crappy service after they sold you the vehicle I had bought a couple different vehicles from maple ridge chrysler in the past and said I would never go back. So may 2015 I was out looking for a tr I had bought a couple different vehicles from maple ridge chrysler in the past and said I would never go back. So may 2015 I was out looking for a truck went to maple ridge just to see really bad experience with a sales rep left my wife and i out side waiting for 15 min decided to leave and go to abbotsford instead when I got a call from 1 of the managers asking me to come back and they would do a good deal. I didand i did get a good truck for a good price. what I hate is they gave my son a helicopter has a gift and when he took it out of the box the stupid Antena broke so this thing has never been used just sitting there. I sent a text to the owner right away no response so went in and talked to the guy who gave it to my son asking for a receipt so he could just get a different one was told to call him on Monday I have called and left 4 different messages. To me that is piss poor customer service expecially that this was for my son. I just find it so funny when you are looking to buy a vehicle they will respond right away but after you have bought it it's like FU we already sold you the vehicle. So for this reason I will not nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. My son is still asking about his helicopter thanks guys. If anyone wants real customer service go to maple ridge Volkswagen ask for will. I know it is owned by the same guy but will is the best out there in my books. Bye bye maple ridge chrysler thanks for not caring about the kids you give gifts to. update This was handled with in one day of posting my review. Thanks maple ridge chrysler and Bob Jacobson for dealing with this so quick my son is really happy More
