My girlfriend and I are having our first child in a few months and 4 days after we bought the 200 we drove from Vancouver to Jasper, then to Calgary and back on a week long roadtrip to visit her father. The new car was much more comfortable, fuel efficient and reliable than our last. Not only did Andrew save us a repair bill and put us into a nice new car he found us a great deal on a pre owned 200 and sold us a car that will be safe, reliable and comfortable for our growing family. He was off when we visited on sun Jul 19, 2015 so we dealt with Mansoor and Max Javon. We were promised that the 2015 CVP Grand Caravan we wanted would be in our possession within the week and at most the end of July. We were also promised to be contacted on Tuesday morning for updates and when I did not hear from Max I decided to call the dealership and I was not happy. I spoke to one of the finance members and Turns out this vehicle that was promised to us was for someone else and they had ordered two for their fleet to arrive on AUG 5th! It took Max until Thursday to call me and Mansoor the week after to notify me of the grand caravan and there was no effort in trying to make it right. I wouldn't have been so livid if they told us the absolute truth on the sales table instead of misleading my wife and I for 6 grueling hours to make a sale. This to me is just absolutely piss poor service that we didn't need to be put through. My buddy at work was concerned with what happened so he connected me with James to deal with the situation. James took care of everything from the get go and was very understanding and patient. He was pulling strings to get a van for us in the time frame that was promised to us. He was able to ship an upgraded 2015 Grand Caravan SE PLUS from Prince George on Wed Jul 22/15 and it was ready for pick up on Friday the same week! I was extremely happy with how James took care of the situation even though it wasn't his case to fix so I insisted to Kerry that James gets the sale and I wouldn't sign until James's name was put into my salesperson's section. If you are looking to buy a vehicle from Maple Ridge Chrysler Dodge I absolutely recommend James. He is an honest salesman and will do his absolute best to get you the vehicle you need.
