My husband and I both felt very comfortable with Bob and with the deal that was offered to us. They respected our budget and tried to work within that. Bob was great at making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed to move forward with the possible purchase. Bob demonstrated good salesmanship without coming across as overly aggressive and we appreciated that. When I returned to the dealership to finish up the paperwork, Bob was still equally friendly and inviting and great at following up on any remaining tasks.
