While many other dealers didn't want to provide too much information before getting us to the lot, Ryan at Maple Ridge Chrysler answered any question we had, provided us all of the information on the car we were looking at, and once we did get to the dealership, was one of the most upfront and approachable salesmen we've dealt with. No pressure, no games - just a solid and friendly guy. Even though there was a power outage while we were on the lot, Ryan and the rest of the team did whatever they had to do to keep things running as smoothly as possible, and really took the time to work out a deal to get us into our car at a fair, very competitive price. Buying a truck can be stressful, but the fact we were treated well made the experience a lot less stressful and we felt good about the purchase. Delivery was on time ( I should mention their delivery driver hot dogger Ken - nice guy ) and they picked up my trade in. The customer service does not stop when you drive off the lot, as I have had follow up calls from Bob and he is following up on a couple of issues as I write this and I feel they will be taken care of promptly. We felt the price was fair and we received a good dollar on my trade in. Gary was great in accommodating us through the purchasing process.
