Great Service I had been to many dealerships looking for a car and gave up because of poor service and dishonest sales people. What I thought should be a fun experience became a long drawn out process with so many finance complications. I came to Maple Ridge Chrysler on a Monday and they allowed me to take a Fiat for an overnight test drive. When I returned it on Tuesday financing was ready and I could take the car home that day. They cleaned and returned my moms car to her home so I could drive my new car home. With a new vacuum in the trunk! It was such a positive experience I would recommend them to anyone. More

Zac and Kerry were very to the point and also didn't waste time when it was clear I was happy with my purchase and very helpful throughout, answering questions regarding warranties/financing/protection plans and did a wonderful job. I love a group of guys who can pickup on what I want and not try to beat into the ground that I should get this or that despite being clear in the things I'd want unlike some other dealerships. I had the odd issue arise in financing which Zac was very graceful in giving me the ability to adjust finances and advert any drama/stress. In my experience they were able to make changes where some would stick their nose up in the air and say no, they were more than willing to make it work in the customers favor. No pressure, fun, friendly & accommodating I have been waiting to buy a new car for a while, and procrastinated for quite some time. I have had bad experiences in the past and it turned me off. I bit the bullet and went to Maple Ridge Chrysler on a Saturday with my wife and 6 month old son. Ryan met us at the door ready to help us. The fact that they were so busy was important to me, but it all went very well. I asked for the Dodge journey, and not once did Ryan try to push a more expensive model on us. We got exactly what we wanted and during the whole process we were fed BBQ and had beverages. The whole thing took about 4 hours but like I said, they were busy... Like smoking busy. They didn't want my car as a trade in so they have let me keep it in the lot until my buyer has the money, just so I didn't have another car at home that needed insurance. I loved it!!!! More
