We got to maple ridge chrysler at about 7:30 on a Friday night witch they close at 6 Fred greeted us with the nicest, friendliest, professionalism we have ever gotten from a dealership we told Fred our experience with the other dealership and the truck. he was more then happy to stay and help us after hours he even gave us another truck to take home so we didnt have to drive the peace of crap home that abbotsford tried selling us we went back the next day to get thing going on the paper work and we had to bring the kids with us witch i was so iffy about doing but Fred welcomed them and treaded them with the same respect as he did with my self and my husband.we ended up walking away with a new 2015 dodge i love my new truck. i would defiantly buy another truck from Fred and recommend him to my friends and family. I shopped used vehicles on line for some time and made a decision on the make and model I wanted and the approximate year and trim level. Having shopped on line with that focus, I knew what the approximate price should be. I made an inquiry regarding a certain vehicle on the Maple Ridge Chrysler web site and got a phone call from Marshall. We had a brief discussion on what I was looking for and what I had to trade and we made an appointment. I met Marshall and Shane at the scheduled time and Marshall showed me a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. He was friendly, informative and answered my questions. He wasn't "pushy" and simply showed me what the vehicles had to offer. When it came time to make a deal, I got what I asked for on my trade.
