Horrible Customer Service I purchased a used SUV off of the lot at Maple Ridge Chrysler and after two month of ownership one of the tires came completely off of the rim, when I I purchased a used SUV off of the lot at Maple Ridge Chrysler and after two month of ownership one of the tires came completely off of the rim, when I took my vehicle in, I had to replace all 4 tires because the other 3 all had different tread depths? When I inquired to the dealership to see what they would do for me, they offered me an oil change? Beware, their customer service is terrible.... More

Finally!! Someone I can trust! I went in for a recall and Steve Bullock pointed out a few things that my oil change shop had missed. Sales rep did an amazing job once he turned it over to the sales manager is when it fell apart. He would not listen to what I was saying, he kept dismissing my concerns and he would forget what I was asking for. I told them that I didn't want to haggle on price and I was very forward on what could afford. He kept pointing to the sticker price and said it could not be done. This was after I told him that I get a discount. He didn't even ask me for the discount code. So I took my busy to willow brook dodge. Got a better deal then I expected. They where very open and showed me every thing. More
