Follow up review since the niceness seemed to fade This is a follow up review. I first wrote my review and couldn't praise this dealership and it's team players enough. However, we have been emailing a This is a follow up review. I first wrote my review and couldn't praise this dealership and it's team players enough. However, we have been emailing and phoning the dealership continually for over a year now, since purchasing our jeep Wrangler unlimited. We were promised a trailer hitch to be installed by our salesman. You see...we were actually looking at 2 different jeeps and our salesman, Stephane told us not to base our decision off of the hitch. He said if we went with the new vehicle, he would get the hitch included and installed. So...we went with the new jeep. On the advertising paper that is stuck to the window in the parking lot, it states that we should have grab handles, carpet mats and winter or splash mats. However...we have nothing. We only have the basic carpeting and it's getting ruined from the wetness. We have made several attempts to contact our salesman, the service department and Ian Speckman as well, but no one returns calls or emails. We travel from 100 Mile House to Maple Ridge and have done that for 13 years and purchased many vehicles from them. We desperately needed that trailer hitch included in this sale or it was a no go. We have never been so disappointed. We were so devoted to this dealership and referred many friends over the years. Our daughter's are now both new drivers and we are looking at new vehicles...but sadly.....not from Maple Ridge. More

Dodge ram havung been referred by someone to come see Andrew I can understand why!! Andrew is super knowlegable and he did not put pressure on us one bit! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left he was great! He made sure we were well taken care of. Went over every detail in the truck with us from the manual to the inside of the truck. When he said he would be there he was, he even made my grumpy impatient children happy! Thank you for the great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Exceeded my expectations I dropped in one time and was asking some questions about my radio. Al from the parts department actually left his station and walked out and said he would look at my car so he could fully understand what I was inquiring about. He thought if it was something general that he may be able to help right away. Then we walked over to the service centre. He asked Steve some questions. Turning out that an eligible software upgrade could be done. So I come back a week later and when I went to the service centre it was then I realised that Al was from the parts department had gone above and beyond for me. I admire how he helped me to begin with. It was the first time I had gone into that area for myself. He could of told me to go to the service as he was parts. I think he did this because he's a great guy. He made me feel as if he was happy to help me, as if I had walked to the right place. He also was considerate to his fellow workers, he didn't pass me off. He took me on as if he would do anything he could for me. When I picked up my car from the appointment. There was no charge, it was covered some how. I was absolutely delighted with my car. They washed the outside of it. I was so thankful as it was very dirty. I open the door and I was so clean inside too. The car looked and smelled as if it was brand new. Honestly.. I cannot believe the time and effort that was put into this appointment. They didn't even make any money off of my visit but absolutely detailed my poor dirty car. The place is Disneyland there. They make you feel so valued and so happy. Thank you everyone for being so wonderful ! More

Andrew is an easy going and funny guy who makes the car buying process stress free and enjoyable. Andrew and I spent some time talking about my wants and needs before I insisted on pounding the MRC parking lot in the rain to look at every Jeep they had!!! I went to MRC with a very specific "WANT", and after a couple of really great test drives. Andrew and his killer instincts put me behind the wheel of the truck I "NEED". All in, my experience with Andrew was better then excellent! He went far above the call of duty and I will recommend him to people without question. The financing process was a bit lengthy due to no fault of MRC. Shawn put in the leg work to get me the right deal, and when the day finally came Zac was really helpful and fun and made sure I understood the whole process. Zac also put me in contact with Ian so I could let him know about my MRC experience both the good and the bad. (Sadly, it wasn't all sunshine and roses) and Ian went the extra mile to make the deal that much sweeter, and restore my loyalty to MRC. This is my second purchase from MRC and won't hesitate to go back or recommend them to anyone who will listen! These folks really want to sell you a car!!! More

After a brief exchange of pleasantries and my explanation that I was interested in looking at a specific vehicle I saw online, Andrew welcomed inside for a hot beverage. Within 20 minutes, Andrew had collected all pertinent details and my purchasing requirements and I could see that the vehicle had already been stagged out front for me, warming up with a full gas tank. We were given plenty of time to test drive and evaluate the purchase with the whole family to ensure it was right for us. I am very skeptical with car dealerships but Andrew went above and beyond all of my expectations and I never felt any pressure or upselling tactics at all from any of the helpful staff at Maple Ridge Chrysler. If you're interested in dealing with a friendly, straight talking no xx adviser, I would recommend anyone visit Andrew to discuss their purchasing requirements. The customer service program in place at Maple Ridge Chrysler is second to none and our whole family is very pleased with our purchase and the smooth transaction. More
