Relieved I have chronic health issues, a special needs child, and a teenager that goes to school out of catchment, so when we have car troubles ...our world ki I have chronic health issues, a special needs child, and a teenager that goes to school out of catchment, so when we have car troubles ...our world kind of flips upside down... And anxieties go up... So having an advisor like John trying so hard to work with the mechanic, and resolve the issues quickly but more importantly correctly, it puts my mind at ease, my advisor is working with the people with our extended warranty to have things covered.. So we can get the repairs done in an efficient time manner!! Thursday is my go go go day and I will have my car back tomorrow so I can get that stuff done .. My car will go back in next week but at least we know what we are dealing with!! I'd be lost without John, Alishia, and Andrew! And if course the mechanic in the back who needs just as much recognition!!! More

I purchased my '09 Cherokee SRT8 from Maple Ridge Chrysler and have subsequently had them service it as well as an '05 Crossfire and my pristine '88 C I purchased my '09 Cherokee SRT8 from Maple Ridge Chrysler and have subsequently had them service it as well as an '05 Crossfire and my pristine '88 Chrysler New Yorker. The service department has the equipment to read the computers on these older vehicles. I customarily deal with Murray Scott as my service advisor. Murray is always meticulous to make sure that my vehicle is serviced to my satisfaction. Al in parts has always been helpful identifying and finding parts for my vehicles. I live in Squamish but feel it's worth the drive down because of the knowledgeable Chrysler techs that have the experience to work on my unique vehicles. There are closer dealers to me but I don't feel confident with their expertise. More
