So my experience with Mans was second to none. As far as the dealership and the rest of the team goes, I've had friends and family tell me that the Maple Ridge Chrysler dealership can come across as intimidating or pushy and high pressure. I can definitely witnessed some of that, as I spent hours at the dealership, but did not experience it myself. For someone new to the car buying experience it can seem like that, but the environment I experienced at Maple Ridge Chrysler is fairly similar at most other dealerships. Overall I give my experience with Mans an "A+" and my experience as a whole at the dealership a "B+" mainly because I spent over 4 hours at the dealership, but that goes to show how busy they are as well.
