After 20 years of buying used cars privately I was a little nervous about buying from a dealership but they had just the car I was looking for so I decided to check it out. Mans was very friendly to deal with and turned, what I thought would be a nerve racking situation into an enjoyable one. I test drove the car on Friday afternoon, took 15 minutes to work out a great deal and drove it home on Saturday morning. Max the Sales Manager and Mans went to bat for me during negotiations and in the end I got a better deal than I was expecting plus Mans worked in an extra bonus and then the icing on the cake was the unexpected full tank of gas, nice touch Mans! Long story short, I bought a brand new RAM Quad Cab from Mans and the team at Maple Ridge Chrysler, as you can see from my previous review, nothing bu Long story short, I bought a brand new RAM Quad Cab from Mans and the team at Maple Ridge Chrysler, as you can see from my previous review, nothing but positives. Well, 4 days later, I find out that I'm going to be having twins! Naturally as a male, I thought, "I'm going to need a bigger truck!" 2 baby seats in the back of a quad cab just wasn't going to work, so I decided that I needed the extra space in a Crew Cab. I went back to Maple Ridge Chrysler to see Mans and see what could be done for me. Once again Mans came through, it felt like he was a family member helping me out, he works hard and is always smiling and will do whatever it takes to meet your needs. I also met Max, one of the managers, he was very friendly, understanding, personable and approachable. Kerry in the business office helped me with all the financials, broke down the paper work and numbers and answered any and all my questions about the contract. Ryan actually had nothing to do with the truck I was buying, but he made sure I felt welcomed and acknowledged and we ended up having a pretty good conversation while the rest of the team was taking care of my situation. In the end, not only did I get what I wanted, my family got what it needed and my payments on the new deal barely changed from the original deal. All in all, just a fantastic experience, I've already recommended Mans to handful of my friends and family. Thanks Mans and the rest of the Maple Ridge Chrysler team, really appreciate it! More
