Worst dealership EVER! I wish I could give the dealer 0 stars instead of 1. This is by far the most poorly run dealership I have ever seen. No one there could do anything on I wish I could give the dealer 0 stars instead of 1. This is by far the most poorly run dealership I have ever seen. No one there could do anything on their own without involving the owner. The sales reps ran around like chickens with their heads cut off having no clue what was going on. Sinice entering the dealership I have spoken with many others that say the exact same thing about this gong show of a business. Trust run far away from Maple Ridge Chrysler! More

I booked an My review is based on very bad customer service skills from Service Advisor Alisha Van Den Beld and the horrible service we got from her. I booked an appt for my 2013 grand caravan (still under warranty plus extended warranty) because of a defective door latch. I asked her to call is when she knew why the sliding door would not open at all. She said she would and did not call other than to try and sell me new tires. We went back to the dealership after hearing nothing 3 1/2 hrs later and she was on lunch. Thank goodness for Cody , he went the extra mile to tell us it was the door latch and they had to order the part so I'd have to bring it back. She came down a minute later and told me lets rebook for Tuesday at 10 as we will need the van for most of the day . So I booked it for Tuesday .... Today (Tuesday) we dropped the van off at 10 am and were told possibly mid afternoon it would be ready. Alisha didn't call me until about 2:45 pm asking to keep my van overnight because they hadn't even started yet!!?? What?? Oh I was so upset and angry we have 4 kids and one vehicle I need my van and now you want it a third day?? I hung up and called the service manager Sheldon right away I told him what happened and how upset I was, after I explained everything Sheldon told me he would put two guys on it and try to have it done by six. Sheldon had it done by 5pm, thank you Sheldon and Cody for your excellent customer service. As for Alisha I will never deal with her again as she is the most unprofessional service person I have ever met . Incredibly disappointed as my family all has bought vehicles and service them at maple ridge dodge . Alisha really gave us the run around made us feel very second class. My husband has dealt with Cody before and never had any problems and never had to return a second time. Thank you again Sheldon and Cody , just really wish our experience with Alisha had been much better than it was. More

We didn't see the SUV until the day we picked it up on May 15,2016. Mans was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will be recommending Mans to our friends and family. Upon picking out our new SRT Jeep there was a scratch on the back bumper and trunk metal strips which Mans assured us this would be taken care of. This is what you call good customer service. He was always there when we called and answered all our concerns. We now will wait for Mans to deal with some questions on our new JEEP SRT. Thank you Mans and Maple Ridge Chrysler. We looking forward to purchase another SUV for our parents in the coming months. More

Another uhappy customer Another unhappy customer… Ask almost anyone in Maple Ridge even ONE good reason to avoid purchasing a car at Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and I’m Another unhappy customer… Ask almost anyone in Maple Ridge even ONE good reason to avoid purchasing a car at Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and I’m almost certain they will have ten. Despite hearing numerous rumours, I went ahead and purchased my 2013 Dodge Dart there in August of 2014. Though the cost of the car, and the fact that the dealership was not completely honest about the warranty, I was overall happy with the purchase of my car. It was not until April of 2016 that things started to unravel and truths came out that I became one very unhappy customer, along with the rest of Maple Ridge (and surrounding areas). Up until January of 2015 my Dodge Dart served me well. It drove (and still does) drive like a dream. It is cheap on gas and lasts over a week on a full tank and for a mom, that’s a bonus! I babied my car giving it almost monthly trips to be detailed, and serviced at every sticker-value requirement for changes. I ensured it was loved like it would be my last (or at least until the wheels would fall off!). In January of 2016 I gave birth to my second child and the Dart became a little smaller somehow with now two kids, a diaper bag, a backpack, soccer and karate gear, a stroller and two car seats. Boy what us moms (and Dads) carry in our vehicles! Now, not only do I have a fairly bad lower back condition but also a hip one too from a M.V.A years ago. This makes things extra difficult when I have to turn/twist and get the babies’ infant seat in the car (especially between other vehicles in parking lots). After a lot of thought and consideration I decided it was time for a bigger car. In April 2016 I happily returned to Maple Ridge Chrysler to see Max, who had previously sold me the Dodge Dart. As soon as we had spoken he acted as though he was thrilled to hear from me, and was positive he could get me into a Van for the “Right price”. I went to the dealership the same day and picked up a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan that was, as they call it, “Newused”. The van had a mere 1500Km on it and was in absolute perfect shape. I was told it had been driven once to Seattle by the owner of Maple Ridge Chrysler and it had every bell and whistle a mom could ask for. I drove the van for one day and felt like it was a good fit. The asking price of this van for me, according to Max, was $25,800.00 with an original sticker price of $42,000.00. Though the van was a good price, I had paid much over what my Dodge Dart was worth, the day of purchase and felt like the price of the van should/could be negotiated. My boyfriend and I sat for nearly 5 hours in Maple Ridge Chrysler, bargaining the cost as we had valid argument against the cost of the Dart. (When I purchased my Dart I was rushed through the entire process. I test drove, got approved, and drove off the lot on the same day under great deals of ((though friendly)), pressure) Max asked a sales associate Zia (I will include a blurb on him at end) to help with the purchase of this van as Max is now the Sales Manager and has other duties. Between Max, Zia, Kyle (boyfriend) and myself we came to an agreement of $26,780.00 taxes/fees included. I had not yet decided if I was going to trade in my Dodge Dart as I had a potential private sale, but did not want to carry through with this until I knew what the lot offer would be. With the total cost being $26,780.00 I wanted to know exactly what that covered. We went over pretty much everything from A-Z, including (though briefly) warranty, which I was told had “Three years”. The details of this warranty were never discussed. We assumed that with the purchase of the van, and since it was “Newused”, we had three years warranty on the van. With a positive mind, a negotiated fair price, and all stars aligned, I asked Max what he can give me on my Dodge Dart. He left for less than three minutes and returned with “I can give you $7,000”. I nearly fell over backwards. Do remember my dodge dart is in perfect condition with under the average amount of kilometres, properly serviced and maintained. Though I can appreciate that vehicles depreciate the moment you buy them, I cannot agree with a depreciation of $16,000.00 (especially because they sell used for approx. $12-$14K). I knew this was another scheme that I wasn’t willing to partake in and decided to sell the Dart privately. I had decided I needed one more night to really decide this was what I wanted, and to research the best way to privately sell my car. Max agreed and I left with the understanding that upon my return in the morning I would have a settled answer. It was later that night when my mother in law and I bumped into a friend of hers who happens to be a salesman at another Dodge Chrysler that things started to go wonky – again. Bob (name used for privacy), called into his dealership and looked up the van and all the specs for me. He said “Great deal on the van Jaime, but you do know you’ve lost 9 months on the warranty right?” Wrong. I had no idea! I was floored that someone never discussed this with us! 9 months, in my eyes, is a huge chunk of time to just tear off a 3 year warranty. Though I was upset I still decided to go through with the purchase of the van and showed up to the dealership, entire purchase cost in hand, to get my new van and discuss this hiccup because surely, there had been a reversible mistake. When we arrived Zia was more than understanding and helpful. He completely understood where we were coming from and went to find Dan, (the manager) to figure out this blip – as Max was off that day. Dan was sure that Max would not have said anything along the lines of “three years warranty” as it was “common knowledge” amongst staff to only say that on a brand new vehicle. Kyle and I were positive that we were told the van had three years. Dan calls Max, who denies saying that and then asks to speak to us. Kyle gets on the phone with Max – who is now raising his voice (Max). Being the less calm one of us two, Kyle passes the phone to me to diffuse the misunderstanding. From the moment that phone touched my ear Max made it VERY clear he wasn’t having any of it. Basically calling us liars, yelling at me “THE DEALS OFF JAIME IM NOT DOING THIS IM CALLING IAN AND CANCELLING THE DEAL, IM DONE DEALING WITH YOU”…. Mistakes happen, all the time but this time I was positive it wasn’t my mistake that had been made. All I had wanted was an explanation and a common ground to get more warranty. Being yelled at and disrespected was not on my schedule so I got up cleaned out that van and handed back the keys. Within minutes my mother in law arrived to scoop us up and get us out of there. While outside, Dan and Zia were apologizing on Maxs’ behalf as I gathered my things. Dan offered me a deal on warranty to keep me happy and convince me to take the van. A “$2700.00 warranty for $1900.00” I wasn’t having it. “A $1900.00 in half!” saying he would pick up the other half. Dan’s persistent (and comical) personality eased some tension but I still left. The only explanation I got for the warranty haven been started was that it was driven that one time to Seattle and the warranty clock starts ticking as soon as it is registered. (Good to know for future!) After having time to think things through, we still had wanted the van regardless of the xxxxty service from Max. The purchase would be easy and we could deal with any other Chrysler Dodge Jeep for future events. We returned the next morning, money in hand – this time including the extra cost for the warranty. In the finance office I let that guy have it – unintentionally. I told him it would be beneficial for him to warn the “Big boss” that I’m coming to his office to talk, once I was done there. Finished in there, done deal. I was now the owner of the van. I was not even one ounce happy. My experience had been thrashed and I was plopped into the “Unhappy customers of Maple Ridge Chrysler” category. While waiting for the insurance broker to free up, the ‘Dealer principal’, Ian - came to chat about what had happened. I told him I was going to spread the word about my experience through social media platforms in order to prevent someone else buying a “newused” car and having 9 months of their warranty ripped off too. Ian insisted he wanted to see me happy and told me he would have Max write me an apology and he would personally call me “next week” when I “simmer down”. It is now two weeks later (April 29th was date of purchase) and I have no apology and no phone call to resolve issues at hand. A cash-in-hand customer treated like complete trash after wanting a simple explanation for warranty disclosure issues. ---Excerpt regarding Zia as mentioned above Our review and rating for Zia is undoubtedly five stars. Not even once did his positive and friendly personality waiver as all this went on. He was an absolute pleasure to have met and worked with. It’s a shame he works for a dealership we will never return to as we would have enjoyed using his help when we upgrade our truck. More

It was either to pushy or did not care and no one was listening to what I wanted and was looking for. First thing when I step on the lot at Maple Ridge Chrysler I was greeted and helped right away and not to pushy( I was going to play hard xxx). Braydan and Sam sat us down and we talked for abit to get to know us and see what we where looking for they asked US what we wanted. Right there and then I knew this place was a great place i felt like I was at home, talking with Braydan made me feel comfortable with all the choices and honestly felt like I was talking with my brother he knew exactly the way I felt throughout the process of buying my new truck. We also spent some time with Zach in the finance office making sure what we could do and can't do in the purchase and suited the right loan for us to do, I did not feel like I was getting cheaper out and he explained everything well to make us understand all the ins and outs. I just want to say that the whole experience right from get go to the end was AWESOME, those guys that we dealt with made the whole experience and would say because of them maple ridge Chrysler jeep dodge will do ALOT better in the future and are very lucky to have them Brendan More

The dealership staff addressed our concern and had us in very quickly. We were greeted by Cody Smith in the service department who was polite, efficient and extremely easy to deal with. Although our truck was in due to a recall, Cody took the time to keep us informed as to what was happening and when we could pick it up. The service department is very busy but is run exceptionally well! There is no question I will never cross the bridge to any other dodge dealership to look after my vehicles. More
