We couldn't be more pleased with My husband and I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 SLT with the help of Borko, Max and Ryan (the new guy in finance - lol). We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We ended up with more truck than we thought we'd get and feel completely comfortable with our decision. No high pressure tactics or questionable honesty - just friendly, informative assistance from the time we stepped out of our car until we drove off the lot in our truck. I was able to take advantage of the invoice pricing through my employer and even though the dealership wasn't making too much on the transaction, everyone we worked with, worked to make sure we were happy with what we bought. We will recommend Borko and Maple Ridge Chrysler to anyone we know that might be in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks very much!! More

No Pressure sales and a pleasant experience The salesman ,Joe was very helpful and created an atmosphere to make me want to deal with this dealership.Very informative and knew the product.we neg The salesman ,Joe was very helpful and created an atmosphere to make me want to deal with this dealership.Very informative and knew the product.we negotiated a fair deal for all parties.The only issue I had was their detail staff did a poor job of checking over the truck for chips and marks and did a terrible job washing when I accepted delivery.Thankfully their manager promised to make everything right when I bring it back to have the accessories installed ,that should of been done the next day after sale. More

Making the big switch I am a 42 year Ford guy (since I was 17) we crossed over the Golden Ears bridge to check out another Ford dealer's stock as Langley Ford dealer didn't I am a 42 year Ford guy (since I was 17) we crossed over the Golden Ears bridge to check out another Ford dealer's stock as Langley Ford dealer didn't have the truck I was looking for. As we came off the off ramp we made a split second desicion to pull into the Dodge dealer. There was a good selection of trucks to look at. Now knowing Sam is a fisherman, he reeled us in like a couple of fish and sold us our first ever Dodge. Sam treated us very well and was a pleasure to deal with. We were happy with the price we paid for the Dodge Ram 1500 Laramee. Thanks for the boating stories Sam. More

2 days of wasted time All though it is not their fault that we have rotten credit score honesty would have made things better. After spending all day Saturday there and go All though it is not their fault that we have rotten credit score honesty would have made things better. After spending all day Saturday there and going home with a new car after 7 hours Transferred our car to them and there car to us. we went home without singing any bank papers, they said they would call when both sets of papers were ready to sign. By Thursday afternoon we had not heard back so called our salesman, called and asked us to come in and bring the new car so as they could clean it and do PDI. As it turns out the papers did not go through and they wanted car back as it was now registered in our name it was in fact our car, but I am not like that. Although it was only partially there fault for pushing the sale through and failing honesty would have saved a lot of our time and our salesman's I would not do business with them even if they were the only dealership on earth..
