He was careful to answer all my questions explained the entire process of buying a car including having me test drive several versions of the model I had selected then demonstrated the features of that car. After putting pen to paper he once again spent considerable time reviewing the many features of the vehicle. My sense was that the whole process was, that they all worked to assist me purchase a car I wanted, rather than sell me the most expensive car they could. (FYI, I did not buy the most expensive car of the model line I had chosen.) More
