He respected my requests and never pushed to up sell into more than I wanted. He and Zac made a good deal and I was happy to buy the same day I went there. They kept the truck for a couple of days to get it fully serviced and detailed. When I came back pick it up I was blown away at how much work they put into it to make it stand out. And to really go the extra mile, they installed brand new BFG tires on it. Top notch effort from Adrian. More

My issue is still that we should not have had to deal with any of this in the first place. To cover up the smell of smoke and the entire truck smells like an ashtray. I am glad you guys went the extra mile to fix it. It still leaves a sour taste in our mouths because again, we should not have had to deal with any of the issues we had in the first place. Things seem to be rectified and I hope it stays that way. More

Best Service Bar None I had an extremely bad experience at a Chrysler Dealership in North Vancouver about six months ago after being solicited to come in and "Trade Up". The whole affair left a very bad taste in my mouth with regards to the sales process and personnel behind it. My recent trip to Maple Ridge Chrysler for a routine service reminded me of how customers are meant to be treated and as a result I ended up driving away with a new vehicle. Joe Abenante was instrumental in making this happen for me and the feeling I got after all was said and done was that everyone was happily satisfied at the end of the process. I would highly recommend Maple Ridge Chrysler and in particular Joe Abenante to assist you with whatever you need. More

Terrible dealership !!! I bought a new 2014 dodge ram and the engine is not functioning properly and will need to be replaced. I had the diagnosis done and they8hey state !!! I bought a new 2014 dodge ram and the engine is not functioning properly and will need to be replaced. I had the diagnosis done and they8hey stated that the cam shift needs to be replaced and the timing chain. The solenoids also need to be replaced due to metallic contamination. Cylinder #2 is misfiring. My truck is not accelorating properly and is shaking and rumbling when idle. There is also a fluid issue as I can hear water swooshing around which is probably the water pump which has been a problem with some of these vehicles catching on fire. There is also water collecting under the right back seat. Other repair shops have stated that the engine needs to be replaced due to all the issues involved. There is only 125000 km on my vehicle and it should definately not be having these issues after 4 years. A 5000 dollar or more repair is ridiculous for a new vehicle. The dealership should be responsible for all costs associated with fixing this but give you nothing but the runaround. More

The guy id want to buy a vehicle from! I started off the day thinking about a new car, and by the end of it I was driving home in a 2017 dodge charger. I was not excited to begin t We just bought a 2017 Grand Caravan from James Green at Maple Ridge Chrysler and could not have asked for better service. I was not excited to begin the process of car shopping since it always seems like such a chore. We also have a three month old which complicates the process even more. James was very respectful of our time constraints with our son and even let us take the van home overnight to really get a feel for it. We are thrilled with our new van and hope to drive it for many years to come! When we are done with it, we will be going back to Maple Ridge Chrysler and James for sure! More
