My question is what part are you unsure about? The fact that customer service means nothing to your dealership? (the reality). Perhaps you could ask your "team" sales people and service people about what went on - from both visits to your dealership. I will not waste any further time nor money (I estimate at least $40 in gas spent). The only thing I can now do is ensure everyone one I know will know the service I received. As I said, what if this had been a part that was necessary to driving my Jeep and not something cosmetic? You sold this jeep, you serviced this jeep for 3 years. You will not gain another penny from me and I hope others will listen to my "experience" as well and make their own choices about where to buy and/or service their vehicle. If i provided this complete level of disrespect of my customers time and money - I wouldn't have any. Shame on your Service Department and shame on your Sales Team. You had opportunity to make things right and gain a customer. Instead you have lost one for life and created a very angry customer. Over 6 small screws. The vehicle identification number (VIN) of the vehicle you supplied shows a different owner so we were unable to contact you directly. I want you to know that we work hard to make sure our customers are happy and would like to work to prevent something like this happening in the future. The screws that you inquired about could be numerous different types and we need to see the vehicle so we can be sure we supply the correct ones. On Sundays the parts department is closed at 4pm. As it was after 5pm when you arrived, the suggestion to go to one of our competitors was only for your convenience. We understand that you had to drive out from New Westminster in order to do business with us. I apologize that your first experience with our dealership was a bad one. We thank you for your input.
