My 2013 Journey had several issues, and John was friendly, courteous, and thorough from start to finish, I hesitated to bring up some issues because they seemed so trivial, but John took full responsibility and assured me that he would look after all the problems I mentioned. I waited in the dealership, and John kept me updated on what was going on and let me know when the ETA changed (for understandable reasons). While I was there, my car was detailed in addition to some warranty work, and while there was still some dust on the dashboard and some crumbs (from kids) in the back seat, overall, they did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership, and John especially, to anyone. Thanks again! More

It was a bit of a rollar coaster It all happened very fast. I called on a Monday (spoke to Lukas), Tuesday I was approved, Wednesday I drove our to test drive the two vehicles I was i It all happened very fast. I called on a Monday (spoke to Lukas), Tuesday I was approved, Wednesday I drove our to test drive the two vehicles I was interested in and Cory sent us home in the one I chose to make sure I liked it, however it wasn't the model I was getting. Thursday I drove back out to sign the papers. At this point I wasn't told what the numbers were just that I would be happy with them, I had told Lukas what the numbers were I need for this to work. Met Lukas for the first time, we walked out to what was to be my new Journey, he showed me some features and we drove over to the sales office. He brought over the paper work and I was floored! The numbers were way off, I told him where I needed the payments and he was unable to get them there in the model I wanted, I walked away. Cory called me a couple days later, asked me where I wanted the numbers, and interest rate, she called me back a short time later and got exactly what I wanted....So I picked up my NEW 2014 Dodge Journey today. I have nothing bad to say about Lukas, however very happy that him and Cory work as a team. More
