My Faith Is Restored I'm just stunned. Tony Kruger was my sales rep and he gave me no pressure at all. As a nearly 60 yr old woman I've experienced sales reps who were con I'm just stunned. Tony Kruger was my sales rep and he gave me no pressure at all. As a nearly 60 yr old woman I've experienced sales reps who were condescending as all get out. At no point in the 4 hours it took me to purchase my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SE did I feel anything other than a valued customer. I went in to LOOK. I wasn't expecting to find the van I was looking for at a price I was prepared to pay. They went out of their way to make it a stress free experience. The closer it came to closing the higher my adrenaline was pumping. I had to pop over to my bank to get a form and I didn't feel safe driving in a busy, strange area. They had Nick, one of the lot guys, give me a ride there and back. Today I wrote them at 3:05pm with a couple of questions and even though it's Sunday Tony read my email and took my concerns to Tyler, in the office, who called me back in about 45 minutes. I wasn't expecting a response until some time on Monday! Car sales reps have a, sometimes deserved, reputation for being less than honest and up front. I would send any of my family or friends the extra distance to deal with Tony and the gang out in Maple Ridge. If you live on the mainland they are definitely "Closer than you think" but if I'm prepared to deal with them from the Gulf Islands, believe me, they are worth the trip! More
