Stephane Rose was the sales rep that we dealt with. He made the experience a very good one because of his knowledge and his overall friendliness. In short, not "pushy". We returned recently in order to trade in our truck for a smaller vehicle. We contacted Stephane and he was waiting for us with a smile on his face. He seemed to sense in advance just what we were in the market for when he suggested a Fiat. He was right on! He handled everything very professionally ensuring that all our needs and wants were met. In short, he did a fantastic job and we really appreciated everything that he did for us. He deserves this recognition as he is certainly a great asset for Maple Ridge Chrysler. At the time of the test drive he was most concerned with my wife and young children's comfort at the dealership. The kids loved the play area and keep asking to go back to the 'car store'. The entire staff was easy going and made everything at stress free, offering balloons and hot dogs while we we did the paperwork.The service tech's after we're great, giving us a new vehicle to drive while our car was getting service.
