The Customer focused ambiance/culture at this dealership is miles apart (way ahead) compared to the other Chrysler dealership we initially went to (located closer to Port Moody). My salesrep Tony was fantastic, he listened to my needs and even though I had an idea of I recently bought my new Chrysler 200 from this dealership. My salesrep Tony was fantastic, he listened to my needs and even though I had an idea of what I wanted he was able to put me in a car that was more suited to my needs and daily driving habits then what I had in mind. The only downside to my experience was the numerous trips I had to make back across the bridge (toll bridge) to resign the deal as there was some confusion in the business office. While I found this very frusterating, I dont hold my sales rep Tony accountable for these issues. He was fantastic and very knowledgable. I would and have recommended him to friends who are looking for a car as well. More
