Great Purchasing Experience I purchased a used 2013 Ford Edge Limited from Maple Mazda, which I saw listed on their website. Sheldon Thompson promptly returned my messages and a I purchased a used 2013 Ford Edge Limited from Maple Mazda, which I saw listed on their website. Sheldon Thompson promptly returned my messages and answered my questions prior to visiting the dealership. The dealership itself was bright, modern and staff was friendly. Sheldon was helpful, without pressuring. Trade-ins normally complicate the process, but the deal was negotiated quickly and fairly. The car was ready when promised and Ryan Hughes, on delivery, said that they had replaced the windshield and tires and done a complete break service. None of this was even discussed or demanded by me. What a pleasant surprise! I live in Scarborough near the Pickering border and although Maple Mazda is not close, I am glad I went there. I can wholeheartedly recommend dealing with Sheldon Thompson and Ryan Hughes, as well as Bill Zabonas. More

Gary's Review I was looking for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis-Technology Package, it is somewhat of a rare car as it is the top of the line model with the 3.8 litre engine I was looking for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis-Technology Package, it is somewhat of a rare car as it is the top of the line model with the 3.8 litre engine. I called Sheldon Thompson at Maple Mazda and they actually went out and found the car for me and had it brought to me all the way from Quebec. I had no idea that a dealer could do that. Especiially considering it was not a Mazda I was in the market to purchase. Sheldon made sure the car was spotless and it met the budget requirements I had laid out in my conversation with him. The attention he paid to my detailed specifications was outstanding, it was exactly the car I wanted. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I did not have to argue over price because Sheldon already knew exactly what was in my price range. The entire staff was extremly friendly and helpful. Bill the finance manager made my financing experience painless and Ryan the Sales GM made me feel like I was part of the Mazda family right from the start. I called Sheldon a few days later because of a tire balancing issue and the skilled service staff at Maple Mazda took care of me immediately and even gave me a complimentary car wash. I asked myself does it get any better than this?
