We all know there are those kind of car sales man out there, but Ray from Maple Honda is the farthest from it. Our family of 3 (at the time) was referred to Ray from a trusted family who also bought a vehicle from Ray at Maple Honda. We booked an appointment with Ray (who rearranged his schedule to meet with us) we told him what our budget was and the details of what we were looking for. He broke down our options and was honest from the beginning. Every angle that a "sleezy car sales man" would look to conceal or take advantage of Ray looked to make sure it was either included or discounted to meet our budget. Ray even took the time to visit with my family and get to know us. Now, one thing that is important to know is that the deal I was getting seemed to go to be true. So much so that I went to another Honda dealer on my way home. I explained everything in the same way that I did with Ray (Budget, details of desires) first there was nothing really....then all of a sudden there was just one and it happened to have just come in. They couldn't however, do anything extra and it was dealer profit first, customer second. I then explained that I already had a deal with Ray and listed everything that I was getting....he stopped....looked at me twice asked if he could talk to his manager to see if he would allow any of the things Ray was giving us. He came back about 5 mins later and said "If your actually getting this....RUN back and take this deal because it's unheard of" Ray is a one of a kind guy, he even forgot some of the things he said he was going to give us as a package deal and when I reminded him...he didn't argue or sigh or anything like that. He just said "Ok, if I said that no problem I will take care of you." That's the key here folks, Ray's desire is to take care of his customer, the customer actually does come first with Ray.
