Transparent and easy to deal with. I recently picked up my new Civic at Maple Honda and was extremely happy with the way Frank helped me make the purchase. He walked me through all the models and was patient with me making my decision. He answered all my questions and made sure that i knew what was going on the whole time. He went over the lease and finance options with me and explained to me how leasing worked since I've never leased before. Great and Fast Service AC create super annoying squeaking noise. Took it to Maple Honda, found leaks with the ac condenser, Have it replaced and got my car back sooner than AC create super annoying squeaking noise. Service Consultant, Andrew Arden, very friendly and clearly explained what costed the issue. I am glad that i switched to Maple Honda. FYI, I used to go to another closer dealer in Richmond Hill, I was told the same model and year of the car makes the same noise, so they could not do anything about it. More
