"Not happy"

- Disappointed

Last week purchased 2017 vehicle. They told us the vehicle would be detailed ! Left with them 5 days! We found hair through out the vehicle, a metal soup spoon with hair stuck to it, candy wrapper and crackers under the seat. The vehicle obviously has not been touch!!! When we test drove the vehicle, the previous owner had left a quart of oil and a quart of steering fluid in the trunk! Guess what! Gone. that’s bad. Didn’t notice at the time of purchase the L handle was broken. Phoned twice to contact Andrew no response

"Never go there again."

- not happy

Their mechanic screwed up my trailer brake hookup. they sent me to Action truck and car and they even took pictures.The mechanic even called Manley motors to tell them it was their mechanics error and they still refuse to pay the 500.00 dollar bill even though it was in the contract when we bought the vehicle that they would put the brake line in. I have called them 4 times and every time the person is never there and they never call me back. Awful customer service. I have bought a couple of vehicles from them. Never again.

"Ripped my wife off"

Charged my wife 300$ to tell her what was wrong they are dishonest and rude no wonder they have so many bad reviews I will be phoning better business bureau thanks for nothing mannly mortor I will be letting everyone know how dishonest you are

"Very unsatisfied "

- Very unsatisfied customer

Took my journey in on a Thursday evening to have the engine light fixed and swap summer tires to winters. They read the code and then told me it would take a minimum of 2 hours to diagnose the problem and then more time and parts to fix and couldn't not do it at that time. I talked to a mechanic at my work and he told me the was not right. I called the service manager and when I told him I had talked to another mechanic he told me to take it there them and hung up on me. He called me back and tried to explain what I was told the night before but did not apologize for his rude behavior. I will never buy or have them service any of my vehicles again and do not recommend them.

"Dishonest"

Made a deal for a used car. Told Jaime the tires would not passed safety. He said that his tech would pass them. Decided to go with the deal anyways. Tried 3 times to put a deposit by phone but was told that I have to wait till Jamie was in . When he was in I called to put the deposit down and he told me it was 500 dollars more because he put new tires on it. I said I would think about it overnight. Called next morning and was told the car was sold. I had a friend call 2 hours later and she was told the car was still available and would she like to book a test drive. I called the owner of the dealership (Doug) and explained the situation. He said he would check into it and call me back. 3 hrs later I called him again and was told he was busy and he would call me soon. 2 hours after that Doug phoned my son (who the car was for) and told him the car was sold,end of discussion. Total con men. From other reviews here I see the tire scam is not a new one. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I'm a 31 year employee for chrysler. Crooks and liars.

"not satisfied"

Bought a used truck that came certified and etested. Before purchasing I specifically asked if the tires would pass a satety and was told that their mechanic would pass them, I thought that ment that they were safe but have been told by 2 other shops that they should not have passed. Also specifically asked if the truck was going to be etested, was told yes, the truck has a cracked manifold that somehow passed the etest. Talked to "Jamie" in sales about getting it fixed and was told that he would talk to his mechanic and see what could be done, am still waiting for that phone call Jamie!! First weekend I had it the alternator crapped out so I replaced it, have also found out that the front axle does not disengage. They were nice enough to straighten up my steering wheel after they did an alignment only to have a front caliper seize on the way home that was not inspected for the certification, if it had they would have seen the inside of the rotor was chewed up and the ceramic pistons had cracks with missing pieces. All this in 2 weeks of purchasing the truck:( Don't believe a word that comes out of their mouth!

"Previously un-leaking Jeep had a puddle of gear oil..."

Previously un-leaking Jeep had a puddle of gear oil under the axle the next day after this Jeep dealer worked on the same axle. Service advisor said their axle service would not move these front axle seals BUT for good customer satisfaction, they would split us on the repair. Another two days in their shop and another $304.00 out of our pockets and we have our un-leaking Jeep back. Sad state of affairs at this dealer...
