MINI Yaletown

Once I stepped foot into the Yaletown Mini location, I was immediately approached by a sales agent who stated his name and asked me if I would like a drink of water. After I accepted, he walked away and was immediately approached by a sales agent who stated his name and asked me if I would like a drink of water. After I accepted, he walked away and I looked at cars on the showroom floor. Once he saw that I was looking inside the demos, he brought back the water and we started chatting about the new models and the features of specific models. I have never really liked it when sales agents approach me in shops, but after having this experience at Yaletown Mini, I felt that I was given time to look around and helped out in a genuine way. Chris went above and beyond. My first meeting with him was socially, after regular dealership hours. I told him I was in the market for a new X6 and wasn't happy with the 2 prior dealerships I had visited was socially, after regular dealership hours. I told him I was in the market for a new X6 and wasn't happy with the 2 prior dealerships I had visited prices or stock. within 1 hour, Chris had sourced the exact vehicle I was interested in and beat the prices I had been quoted. The service hasn't stopped there. When my vehicle had a warranty issue, Chris arranged to have it picked up, fixed and returned to me. Again, the service has been above and beyond.... More
