They were able to fit in an emergency service (hence the 1 star) but it came at a cost. I have had two experiences with their service department and both have costed substantially more than originally quote 1 star) but it came at a cost. The labour charges are astronomical in comparison to the physical parts. $700 on parts, and over $2,500 in labour for one service and I had to call 4 times in one day to receive one call back from my service manager as well. Finally, they would not let me take my vehicle back over the weekend because I would "lose my place in line" and suggested I rent one from their rental car partner at my own cost. More

I purchased a 2021 3 Dr. Mini Cooper in November of 2021. I have bought and sold many vehicles on my own, as a woman through the years and I must say this is/was the best ex Mini Cooper in November of 2021. I have bought and sold many vehicles on my own, as a woman through the years and I must say this is/was the best experience I have had to date. With the trade in of my jeep and making a huge transition into a mini, I knew this was going to be a big change. I was absolutely thrilled with the salesman, Tristian Price- from start to finish he was top notch. When I took my jeep in to do the trade and complete the purchase from Grand River Mini - again it was with comfort and ease all credited to Tristan! I am sorry to say i cant remember the name of the man who went over my mini with me upon delivery , showing me all the buzzers and bells and even giving me his number to call him any time if i had any issues or needed help trouble shooting any thing down the road. Even when i returned for my first oil change, i couldn't have been happier with everything Grand River mini did for me from a sales and delivery experience. As a former Jeepster and previous owner a Toyota and 4 Volkswagens, i thought this is my jam...this / these cars for me . This is the way im going....make the transition into a BMW- baby steps. Top notch 10 out of 10 for sales and delivery, and i think at one point i even said to Tristan- see you in 3 years when you move to the BMW side. I do not want to take anything away from Tristan Price, my experience, the purchase and delivery, the ease and comfort of the purchase, mentioned above it was absolutely top notch!! If you are looking to buy a car a Mini or a BMW- his is your guy. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the service department has left me unsettled and disappointed. but that is for another review.
