***BUYER BEWARE*** STAFF UNEDUCATED ON OWN INVENTORY! !!!! Arguably one of the worst experiences I had Gary Gill was my sales person. I was given two options 2017 Nis san Maxima and a 2014 Jeep Cherokee l !!!! Arguably one of the worst experiences I had Gary Gill was my sales person. I was given two options 2017 Nis san Maxima and a 2014 Jeep Cherokee like anyone else I asked for the monthly payments and stuff upfront was told the car is cheaper and then I asked Gary What’s the motor size on the Jeep as I live in Calgary trying to buy this vehicle in Edmonton and what’s the towing capacity I get told I have a 6 cylinder engine and my towing capacity is approx 4500 pounds So I continue and ask can we install a hitch on the Jeep and add that to the sale cost got yeah yeah yeah yeah and then check in a couple days later to see if it was installed and got told don’t worry about it you can install it yourself. Just go buy the parts and do it yourself. It’s fine. So when I called and was like no, I wanna know if we can install this I kept getting pushed off didn’t hear from him for a couple days after the paperwork was signed fast-forward to six months and I go to a mechanic shop to install a hitch on my Jeep and they tell me that I have a four cylinder 2.4 L engine and my towing capacity is 2000 pound max so I phoned the used cars manager RJ explain the situation and just really trying to see what’s going on because I bought a car was told it was one thing and then find out. It’s completely something else and we are now on over a week of waiting for a callback and yes, phone calls have been attempted to reach him again my advice there’s plenty of other great dealers in Edmonton. Avoid this one at all cost. !!!!!!!!!! More

Extremely Disappointed — Caution to Buyers My experience with Londonderry Dodge has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I made the huge mistake of buying a new RAM 1500 Big Horn from them experience with Londonderry Dodge has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I made the huge mistake of buying a new RAM 1500 Big Horn from them on June 2, 2025, and it’s been a nightmare since. The sales process was frustrating, involving typical bait-and-switch tactics — the vehicle was switched twice during the process, and I was misled about key features like wireless charging and remote start. I was promised features that didn’t exist on the delivered truck. I now feel deceived into purchasing a defective vehicle sold as new. I bought this truck thinking a new RAM would be reliable for my work, but by the third week, it developed a check engine light. The issue is ongoing and has not been resolved despite multiple repair attempt by dealership service. Major engine parts like the PCM and throttle assembly have been replaced — yet the check engine light keeps coming back. Since purchase, the vehicle has spent more time in service than with me, more than three weeks in total. It is currently still with the dealership service department with no clear resolution in sight. I asked the dealership for a replacement. They offered only a trade-in at a loss — which is unacceptable. I also raised a complaint with RAM Canada, and their response was simply that they’d follow up with the dealer, offering no replacement. To make matters worse, AMVIC — Alberta’s automotive regulator — replied that there is no lemon law in Alberta, so I’m now stuck with a defective truck, paying monthly installments while it's in the shop and unusable for work. There has been no cooperation or accountability from the dealership, and I now feel I have no option left other than to pursue legal action. My advice to anyone reading this: Choose your dealership and brand carefully. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against Londonderry Dodge and RAM. Buyers, please exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. Ensure everything is documented in writing, and be wary of vague verbal promises. A brand-new vehicle should not be this problematic — and no customer deserves this kind of treatment. It's been a year since the start of this nightmare. Over the years we provided them a lot of business. Bought quite a few new and used vehicles from them. They even told us we are like family. Obvious Over the years we provided them a lot of business. Bought quite a few new and used vehicles from them. They even told us we are like family. Obviously that was a lie. They still have not reached out with any kind of resolution. Even when we wanted to talk to a manager. or the owner. I will never go to Londonderry Chrysler again. More
I just purchased a used vehicle from Londonderry. I am very happy with my purchase. Lyle and Sam made a great team. I left with my vehicle feeling well treated and fully informed. I did not feel I am very happy with my purchase. Lyle and Sam made a great team. I left with my vehicle feeling well treated and fully informed. I did not feel pressured in any way. A complete vehicle history was supplied, including a complete inspection prior to finalizing the deal. Justin in Finance did not push for add-ons or things that did not suit my financial situation. The best dealership in Alberta. More

Be very careful! If you have ever sold or bought a used vehicle do yourself a favor spend the money on a lien search a month after your sale and ensure that things in If you have ever sold or bought a used vehicle do yourself a favor spend the money on a lien search a month after your sale and ensure that things in the background are correct, everyone makes mistakes and things get lost. Mani Gill and Accounting department had no follow through when it came to our interaction. They purchased a vehicle from us where they were supposed to clear the lien and this was detailed in the paper work. Over a six month span there were two cancelled cheques, one fumbled EFT approval and many many "we'll take care of its". After many phone calls and texts this might be sorted but not after they defaulted on the loan, forced RBC to re-open a zero percent interest loan at 7% interest and leave use footing the bill for the additional charges that were on the loan due to interest and loan fees. I should also note. Mani was always kind when we spoke but seemed like if a person wasn't pestering him we weren't getting the action we needed. After some time we were contacted by GM Mitch and he was very kind and caring, and very receptive and responsive the the issues that we had. At the end of the day even thought there was issues it did get fixed just glad we had the money to deal with the issues and that the issues didnt cause other problems for us. On a side note there were lessons learned for both sides, do i think Canada Post was a big problem in all of this yes i do, but i cant go after them for being useless. At the end of the day we were made whole and had a nice apology which I really appreciate because things will always happen in business but at the end of the day they lived up to the contract with no fighting and that is all a person can ask for.
