This dealer was so unprofessional it was amazing. Dealing with them from the sales end right to the service end was an absolute nightmare - worst customer service, lies and unprofessionalism. Everyone down the pipe from the GM of the dealership to the guys running the service desk are complete jokes! It's unfortunate that Kia's great reputation for having solid vehicles and friendly service is being tainted by a dealership like this. We will never go back! More

Purchased a new vehicle this year at London Kia, two months later the stereo stopped working. It's been three months later and still no stereo.
