We have dealt with this dealership many times in the past 25 years. We have never been disappointed whether it was in the service department, or new sales or used sales - we've done them all, and keep coming 25 years. We have not had a kia for about 7 years (their lineup at the time did not have a vehicle that met our needs), but when we started looking again this year, we went there first - and it was great to see some familiar faces...long term employees in a dealership say a lot about the dealership management team. As always, they were great to deal with - they were aware that I was comparing two non-Kia vehicles and put no pressure on me and more important did not criticize the two other vehichles we were considering.
