My new Kia trim level comes with Digital Key. On delivery day, the sales team could not get it set up. Someone at the Dealership had sent wrong data to Kia. Of course they said the problem would On delivery day, the sales team could not get it set up. Someone at the Dealership had sent wrong data to Kia. Of course they said the problem would soon be corrected. As I drove the new car out of the dealership, I immediately became yesterday's news. Phone calls asking for help are met with no help. My Kia connect app tells me to contact Kia, but gives no phone number or contact information. The dealership doesn't know what I should do and is not trying to help. I suppose I shall figure it out eventually by myself. More
