We have dealt with this dealership many times in the past 25 years. We have never been disappointed whether it was in the service department, or new sales or used sales - we've done them all, and keep coming 25 years. We have not had a kia for about 7 years (their lineup at the time did not have a vehicle that met our needs), but when we started looking again this year, we went there first - and it was great to see some familiar faces...long term employees in a dealership say a lot about the dealership management team. As always, they were great to deal with - they were aware that I was comparing two non-Kia vehicles and put no pressure on me and more important did not criticize the two other vehichles we were considering. In the end, the decision was easy and our NIRO Hybrid is the right car for us. Thanks to sales (Cara), management (Mike) and the whole KiaTeam. More
