Worst service ever Brought in my vehicle under my warranty package they gave me a rental my car sat there for a week doing nothing eventually when it was fixed after two Brought in my vehicle under my warranty package they gave me a rental my car sat there for a week doing nothing eventually when it was fixed after two weeks I go to bring back the rental and they tell me that they're not covering it I did not have to give a credit card or $100 deposit or anything to Enterprise due to the fact that Ford was covering under my warranty so how do you give somebody a rental for 10 days saying it's covered then after the 10 days they know we're not covering it?? I have talked to the owner Less Bell no help there at all pretty much they're telling me that I'm a liar how do you tell your customer that they're lying?? Worst service I will never go back there More

Bought a new Edge today! Best and most pleasant deal ever! Being over 65, I have bought a great many new and used cars in my lifetime. Today, I bought a new Edge from Moe upon my son-in-law’s recommendation wh Being over 65, I have bought a great many new and used cars in my lifetime. Today, I bought a new Edge from Moe upon my son-in-law’s recommendation who had bought a new Explorer from him. In short, this was the most efficient, quick, and painless deal I have ever done. I walked in at 11am and left with my new Edge before 12:30. Moe had the perfect car set aside for me and I got the best deal I could possibly get. I had gone to other dealers prior and really got nowhere fast. Lincoln Heights is, so far, the best dealership I have done business with. Moe, Pat (the finance manager. awesome guy too) and the Sales Manager (whose name escapes me, sorry) were all really great to deal with. I am very impressed! Absolutely go there if you are on the market for a Ford. More

I started going this store 7 years ago, and never want go any other place since then, even after I moved quite far. This place is not like a normal business place , it is a big happy family. The price and everything is transparent, no trickiness you need to deal with. For the last 7 years, I have experience with so many people in the store, from receptions, to mechanics,to sales,to shuttle bus drivers, and one time even got ride from the boss :) ,everyone make me feel so warm and friendly, every time I go there I feel I just become part of their family. I just got my 3rd car from here yesterday. Clark Li helped me through the whole process, I didn't feel like I am facing a sale person at all, Happy and relaxed. it is like my own brother help me pick the best car meet my needs. super honest, thoughtful, kind, and patient.
