Amazing Dealership I walked in on Thursday because I needed a car ASAP and I walked away with my 2012 Ford Escape on Monday. Very happy with their service department I've been going there for about 8 months now, and have never been happier with a service department at a car dealership. I don't feel that they try to I've been going there for about 8 months now, and have never been happier with a service department at a car dealership. I don't feel that they try to upsell or fix things that don't need to be because they think I know nothing about cars, even though I know next to nothing about cars. They have honest, friendly front counter staff that are great, and so far I always leave happy. I would recommend it to anyone with a Ford. More

Awesome experience ! My husband traded in his truck for a new one. This was the 2nd truck he bought here. I started to look around and saw a 2016 Ford fusion . A Pleasant Experience I've been a long time Ford owner with multiple purchases at Lincoln Heights Ford. This last purchase was definitely the best car purchasing experience of my life. Traditional car purchases are like a poker game where each side is trying take advantage of the other. Luckily we used Nathan Pilson for our purchase and the games quickly disappeared. Nathan was extremely knowledge about the product, understood our needs and worked a deal to keep within our budget. After the sale was completed Nathan has continued to reach and see how he can continue to make my experience memorable, let's just say he has achieved his goal. I would highly recommend both Lincoln Heights and Nathan Pilson for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
