Royal oak Lexus I purchased my Lexus in the USA while living ther and had concerns about how I would be treated at a different Lexus dealership when I moved back to C I purchased my Lexus in the USA while living ther and had concerns about how I would be treated at a different Lexus dealership when I moved back to Calgary. I have only positive things to say about David Skillen. I have worked with David a number of times and he has been very fair, comprehensive in taking care of my Lexus and not once have I felt he upsold me on something that was unnecessary. Overall, thanks to David's professionalism and accessiblity via email and phone with questions I have has been working with Lexus of royal oak a very positive experience. More

Chelsea and Samantha are u As soon as you walk in through the doors, you're greeted with friendly smiles from any of the Lexus of Royal Oak employees. Chelsea and Samantha are usually one of the first few people to welcome and ask if I need anything like coffee or pastry. When I service my car (2011 IS250), it's always a great and painless experience. I am never pressured to agree to something I don't ask for, and I'm always informed of what will be performed during the service and what the results look like afterwards. I've dealt with Colin a numerous amount of times, and each time his professionalism is what stuck out to me. Howard showed me many of the new Lexus vehicles (planning for an upgrade soon), and I can see that he is very knowledgable and passionate about his job. He truly loves the automotive industry, and it reflects in his attitude and personality. Lexus of Royal Oak is definitely the best dealership I've been to and I'll continue dealing with them for my car needs for a very long time. More
