Wonderful experience, from the service advisor David Skillen, to the staff member who greeted me at the door, and both shuttle drivers who drove me home and picked me up again. (So sorry I'm bad at remembering names!) Full servicing of my RX was completed within 4 hours of dropping off my vehicle, very impressive. This dealership does not up-sell any maintenance that isn't currently necessary, and is very up front about what could be required in future. Great overall experience. Maybe will take them up on a manicure next time too! More
