When I service my car (2011 IS250), it's always a great and painless experience. I am never pressured to agree to something I don't ask for, and I'm always informed of what will be performed during the service and what the results look like afterwards. I've dealt with Colin a numerous amount of times, and each time his professionalism is what stuck out to me. Howard showed me many of the new Lexus vehicles (planning for an upgrade soon), and I can see that he is very knowledgable and passionate about his job. He truly loves the automotive industry, and it reflects in his attitude and personality.
