I have on the same vehicle for the past 13 years so it was a new experience for me specially with all the new technology that is changed and cars today. I did not feel pressured and was happy that all of my questions and inquiries were handled in a professional and informative manner. I was happy to work with the manager Jason, and also Adam and Kevin at Royal Oak Lexus in order to finally come up with my new wheels. I was happy yet nervous when I went to pick up my vehicle to try to remember all of the things I needed to about this new vehicle. Andy did a wonderful job of going through the various components of the car. Now that I have owned this car for two days I am definitely a learning curve. I would definitely recommend the Royal Oak Lexus car dealership to others! More

My new car experience I am now two months into my new Lexus from Lexus of Royal Oak and actually happier every day with the decision I made to not only buy another Lexus bu I am now two months into my new Lexus from Lexus of Royal Oak and actually happier every day with the decision I made to not only buy another Lexus but to buy it from Lexus of Royal Oak. The purchase was as stress free as they come, I have shopped and purchased at other Lexus dealers in Calgary, and what a refreshing experience it was to deal with Royal Oak. Friendly knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, patient people ( I probably visited 10 times before making the decision to purchase and they were always pleasant, friendly and no pressure) The delivery process was smooth and they took a couple of hours to go over all the features of the vehicle with an invitation to come back with any more questions, they also gave me a gift to thank me for my business. I just went through my 1000km checkup and it was another good experience. I was given the option of a loaner vehicle for the day or if I wished to wait in their very comfortable lounge (complete with Barrista) they move your vehicle to the front of the line. I chose to wait and when my vehicle came back it was as clean as the day I purchased it. They told me they found a screw in one of my tires which they fixed at no charge as a “customer courtesy”. I took a few minutes with one of their specialists to explain a few more of the features on my car and I was on my way. If you are buying a new Lexus or getting service on yours and you haven’t visited Lexus of Royal Oak you are missing out. I would say with no uncertainty what so ever, they are the best Lexus dealer in Calgary. More
