I attended the Women & Wheels seminar which was attended by women who own a Lexus Vehicle. The staff were very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I learnt a few new things about my vehicle and lot by women who own a Lexus Vehicle. The staff were very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I learnt a few new things about my vehicle and lots about traffic safety and what you should do if you are ever involved in an accident. I had a tire repaired but 10 days later, the tire was still leaking. I brought it back and the service rep could have charged me for a different repair on the same tire, but didn’t. He was honest stating still leaking. I brought it back and the service rep could have charged me for a different repair on the same tire, but didn’t. He was honest stating the original repair was only partially completed and the second repair was now completed. This honesty and quality of service is why I moved my service requirements to LoRO and we have and will continue to buy future vehicles from this dealer. Full five stars !! More
