Worst experience / cheating customers: Lexus of Calgary cheating customers by advertising lower price cars on their website and selling for higher. Recently found a car (in stock) on the website and made cheating customers by advertising lower price cars on their website and selling for higher. Recently found a car (in stock) on the website and made a visit to Lexus of Calgary dealership to see and buy it. Next morning I phoned the sales rep (Claudia) and she told me that the car I want to buy is $62,911 and not $58,649 as shown on their website. After trying to speak with the manager (Brad) I was told he is busy and not available to speak to me. I asked he can call me but never received a call from anyone in this dealership. Sure the price is not gonna be the only problem if you buy a car from these guys. Now I get why so many Calgarians prefer to drive all the way to Edmonton to order their cars. Also will send a complaint letter to Lexus Canada. More
