Lexus RX 350 Service and Tire Replacement I had 2 services completed by Lexus South Pointe in the last few days. In both cases the service performed by the techs was excellent. The complmentry I had 2 services completed by Lexus South Pointe in the last few days. In both cases the service performed by the techs was excellent. The complmentry wash was fantastic. The only issue I had was on the first visit was the time after completion of work, (I seen the tech park the vehicle in both cases) it took the rep to come and get me to pay and complete the transaction. Over 30 minutes. I am not sure why, as it not seem that busy. On the second visit it took about 5 minutes from the time the tech parked the car until the rep came and got me and completed the transaction. You may want to work on that as it is frustrating waiting there knowing the work is completed. The rep in both cases was friendly and courteous. More

Lexus South Pointe; Good Dealership Though, i am giving this dearlership a 4/5 score, i have had some negative experiences with this. As per follows: 1. Regarding two years ago; Sale Though, i am giving this dearlership a 4/5 score, i have had some negative experiences with this. As per follows: 1. Regarding two years ago; Sales Manager did not own a Lexus; hence had no experience in what it means to own a LEXUS. Was very difficult for him to understand what the value of Lexus really is compared to the other premium brands. therefore i did not trade my IS350 in for a new Lexus vehicle. 2. Had my front brakes done last year, and noticed brake fluid smudges all over the inside of the vehicle. Smudges on the door handles and steering and dash. 3. Regarding Takata Passanger airbag recall. Since then, the whole dash is making noise (especially on the passenger side) when driving on an uneven road surface; but also the passenger A-pillar airbag trim was not put back properly. Even though i have had the above negative experience with this dealership, i still took my vehicle back to them on Feb 12, 2018. They are all good people. God bless them. More

Nobody does it better Brought my car in recently for an oil change and some minor factory recalls. Dave Wowk was my Service Adviser...I felt that I mattered and after recei Brought my car in recently for an oil change and some minor factory recalls. Dave Wowk was my Service Adviser...I felt that I mattered and after receiving a no charge loaner car for the day I was off to work in a matter of minutes. When I returned later in the day.....my car was washed, my gas tank was topped off and I was on my way home. Gotta love it.....I highly recommend Lexus and in particular the great people at Lexus South Pointe. More

Definition of Excellent Service ?? So, We came by the South Pointe Lexus in hopes in buying my wife a NEW or NEWER SUV. Her heart was set on a RX350. Long story short....spent well So, We came by the South Pointe Lexus in hopes in buying my wife a NEW or NEWER SUV. Her heart was set on a RX350. Long story short....spent well over 2 hours looking and discussing which SUV that would suit my wife. We decide to leave and think about which choice of SUV we were gonna go with. You would think that someone from the dealership would follow up with us as we were very serious. How serious....well we waited almost 9 days before we decided to check out Lexus Edmonton ( WEST ). Well...we ended up buying a NEW 2017 RX350 Type F series 2 from them. The follow up has been awesome !! Still waiting to hear from South Pointe Lexus to advise them that we were actually dead serious about BUYING !! Oh well....I guess they thought we were not serious ?!?! So not sure how they could offer EXECELLENT service if they can't even follow up with a potential buyer !! More
