Excellent Service But Just One Thing I had my car serviced at Lexus South Pointe and had new tires and an alignment done. I had checked the price of the tires at Costco with installation I had my car serviced at Lexus South Pointe and had new tires and an alignment done. I had checked the price of the tires at Costco with installation so when I went to South Pointe and said if they could match the price I would get them there. They did and so I agreed they could install the new tires. The only thing I did not count on was the installation cost (labor) was not the same as Costco. When I asked about it after the service was completed the service rep told me they do not match the installation charges. A price match to me should include the installation. The service I had was good, no issues, but I would have to make sure any price match from South Pointe includes all the costs. More

Seasonal Tire Swap and Block Heater I had gone for Seasonal Tire Swap but when Nicole checked her system, she noticed they had the block heater in stock for my vehicle and it could be in I had gone for Seasonal Tire Swap but when Nicole checked her system, she noticed they had the block heater in stock for my vehicle and it could be installed at the same time. lease buy back Bad experience with Cam upon recent lease buyout . He wrote me a number on a paper at my initial visit and I got a bank draft without any doubts. Even through the price rate is constant, still been charged $100 more due to his poor calculation. The most disappointed part is he should have noticed that there was an $100 overpayment when he made unusual sequential knock on "enter" keyboard. I also brought my concerned at that time, But he insisted everything was good. Until I step out the door and find the different amounts shown on 2 receipt. I have to run back to get it fixed. LMOM! He finally took my advice and reimburse the overpayment to my next service bill. Based on my experiences, I chose to not see him again and not recommend him to anyone I know. More

Wick, Couteous and Efficient Love the fact I get complimentary oil changes - also repaired my two Rick chips for free! Only had a minimum fee for a bulb replacement.
