Always service our Lexus 350L at South Point. Last 2 services were very unsatisfactory as things were not done. Shauna Meakin sent an E-mail saying to contact her to discuss. I called this dealership regarding a recall on my is350 which had an issue with the AC system. I had received a letter in the mail and my vehicle was experiencing the same symptoms, I call and end up speak which had an issue with the AC system. I had received a letter in the mail and my vehicle was experiencing the same symptoms, I call and end up speaking to Ruthi Sherman, I advised her of the recall and the letter and she acknowledged however told me, if the issue is not exactly the recall I will be charged per hour for diagnosis/inspection I found this weird as any other recall I’ve ever had they check it for free and if it is not the issue they will advise you that’s not the issue. I explained this to ruthi sherman however her response was “my tech will not look at your car for free, we need to get paid too”. I gave Lexus of Edmonton a call in the west end and they promised to look over my vehicle for free, provided me a brand new loaner and treated me like family we ended up spending over 200k as a family at Lexus of Edmonton in the coming month. It’s sad this dealership has employees such as ruthi Sherman. Disgrace. More
