Exceptional Service After two months of looking and shopping for a car I landed in the first dealership (Lexus on the Park) recommended by my sister who purchased her car After two months of looking and shopping for a car I landed in the first dealership (Lexus on the Park) recommended by my sister who purchased her car on July-2014 by the same salesperson Benjamin (Ben) Momayez. I was looking to purchase a new BMW X1. I test drove 4 of the same model in different BMW dealerships. In general my experience wasn't pleasant and I decided to rent a car for a while . After few days, I decided to go with my sister's recommendation to call Benjamin. Ben made the process very pleasant and easy for me. I trusted his experience /knowledge and his superior service. I purchased my car ( pre-owned Lexus IS250) on April-30-2015. Ben introduced me to his manager John de Sousa who congratulated me on my purchase and offered his help if I had any questions. Great help in difficult situation My tire blew out the night before and I brought it in to get it fixed/replaced under the tire/rim protection program that I purchased with the car. As I had no appointment, I wasn't given a time frame of when the fix would be done, but Brian was kind enough to try and work out a quick turnaround time. I was quickly out in an hour and my tire was replaced as part of the program. Throughout the process, Brian was helpful and informative giving me updates on the service. Thanks! More
