I dropped in to the Sales Centre on a busy Sat. afternoon - met with Josie Allen who quickly solved my problem - really an issue with my blackberry. But she is a Delivery Specialist and proceeded to give me a great "orientation" to my car - pointing out features I was not aware of. What a great service - Thank you, Josie! More

I was lucky to have picked Lexus On The Park. Because of the terrific relationship with their service department for the last six plus years [Brian in particular] I went to them several times during that period to look at newer models but was so satisfied with my 2008, RX400H that I never traded. When Lexus finally introduced the NX series, I knew I had found my next vehicle. I went to this dealership first and must admit they were the place where I wanted to deal. Stephen De Silva who I talked with several times over the years arranged a test drive to show me the vehicle and gave me the first pricing, understanding when I said I would think about it for awhile and come back when I was sure. I had already decided I wanted this vehicle and only wanted to review competitive pricing. I did this and returned to Lexus on the Park to finalize a deal. I finished up there buying the vehicle from them. From start to finish, led by Stephen and meeting with all the other members of the team, I was was treated very professionally and was more than satisfied with the whole process. The final step in the process was time with Josie Allen the Delivery Consultant who went over the features of the vehicle with me. As I try to further educate myself with this sophisticated vehicle, I realize I will need another session which she had gracefully offered. I started off by talking about the service area of the dealership and I finish with that area as it will be my most important contact going forward. Over the years I have been involved in Auto service, managing up to 24 bays in one of my companies and recognize the difficulties in this area. As with all of the people I have now met during this transaction, you run the best operation I have ever been involved with and management is to be congratulated for assembling such a terrific team. More

Abid took lead to resolve issue I have been a Lexus on the Park loyal customer for many years and they have been providing reliable service to keep my IS250 running flawlessly. On April 4/2015, my service adviser Marlon told me that the passenger front tire which I brought 6 months ago had a bulge on it, was not covered by any warranty. He tried his best but beyond his authority. However, this caught me by surprise because 1) To my knowledge, dealer has a minimum of 12-month parts warranty. 2) Michelin Canada web site has warranty for their tires. To make a long story short, Abid took care of me and this issue. This is good customer service. He certainly understands how to take care of his customers. Good job. ... Dave Tang More
