EXCELLENT ADVICE I CAME IN TO THIS DEALERSHIP EARLY ON A MONDAY MORNING (7:30AM) TO TAKE OVER A LEASE FROM A PRIVATE PARTY. I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE SERVED UNTIL 9 AM AS I CAME IN TO THIS DEALERSHIP EARLY ON A MONDAY MORNING (7:30AM) TO TAKE OVER A LEASE FROM A PRIVATE PARTY. I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE SERVED UNTIL 9 AM AS THE SALES SIDE WAS NOT OPEN AS OF YET. LUCKILY ENOUGH JOHN HAD COME IN EARLY AND I DECIDED TO ASK HIM A FEW QUESTIONS PRIOR TO THE OTHER PARTY ARRIVING. I WAS CURIOUS TO HOW A LEASE WORKED AND WHETHER I WOULD BE SAVING AS COMPARED TO NEW. JOHN HELPED PULL OUT SEVERAL FIGURES AND WORKED WITH ME TO EXPLAIN THE LEASE PROCESS AND THE PROS AND CONS OF THE LEASE I WAS TAKING OVER AS WELL HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO DISCUSS THE VEHICLE I WAS BUYING AND ALL THE ADVANTAGES OF THE NEW HYBRID SYSTEM. ALL ALONG I WAS THINKING IN MY HEAD EVENTUALLY HE WILL BRUSH ME OFF AS I WAS NOT MAKING $ FOR HIM AS THIS WAS ONLY A LEASE TAKE OVER. HOWEVER, HE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME AND GUIDED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS SMOOTHLY. DUE TO THE FACT I GOT SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I HAD EXPECTED, I DECIDED TO CALL HIM BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND ASK HIM WHETHER HE COULD WORK OUT A DEAL ON A NEW LEXUS AND POSSIBLY PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE FOR A NEW ONE AS I WAS EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE OF HIS HELP MY LAST VISIT IN WHICH HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO BUY ONE OF THE DEALERS CARS RATHER HE SAID HE WANTED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MY FUTURE BUSINESS AT THE END OF THE LEASE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALING WITH JOHN LEE IF YOU GET A CHANCE TO VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. SHOUT OUT TO ANTHONY AS WELL FOR THE EXCELLENT TURN AROUND TIME. I WAS ABLE TO TAKE OVER THE LEASE IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS AND PICKED UP THE CAR THAT EVENING. More

We took an extended period of time to decide on the car and she was always wi We found dealing with Christine Nam at this dealership to be excellent. We took an extended period of time to decide on the car and she was always willing to talk to us, take us for a test drive or answer questions we had by text message. When we picked up the car Christine spent over an hour with us, showing us all of the features on the car. When we had some difficulties with syncing our phones she made inquiries and made sure our issues were resolved before we left the dealership. We found her and the entire dealership to be professional and great to deal with. In addition to all of this, we feel that we received a fair deal on the price of the car which was also nice. More

There was absolutely no pressure tactic, which is an oxy moron for sales, and that is what we want in a sales representative. His experience working at Lexus and personal experience driving Lexus vehicles really helped us in our decision making. We look forward to dealing with Yin in the future. More

I begun by talking to their online consultant Cedric who provided me with fast responses and good information. Unlike my messages and emails left with sales rep from other dealerships which often took 1 or two to reply. Credric was able to provide me with near-real-time responses. The sales process was handled by Ben, who respected me from the very beginning. He was very professional regarding the sales process and did not over promise on anything he was unable to deliver. He is very honest and took good care of me. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction and made sure the process from beginning to end was smooth. There is still some pending issue, and Ben has made assurances that they will be taken care off. I have no doubt in my mind that he will be able to deliver. More

But the often daunting task of purchasing a preowned car became a reflection of the service and elegance I remembered. AJ,, my attentive salesman and Sean who followed through on promises, Kevin who quickly attended to its readiness, Amy who explained with patience, even the concieges were sensitive to what made me comfortable.
