Legendary Experience! I visited Lexus On The Park with my dad to check out the new IS-350 that we saw on their website, and we were looking to trade in our RX-350. From the very beginning when we entered the concierge was welcoming and very quick in getting someone to help us out. We then meet the savvy gentleman Thomas C. Homewood who is a Remarkable Lexus Consultant, he took the time to understand our needs and was very honest in guiding us about how we can make the deal happen. Tom really went above and beyond our expectations in making the deal happen within our budget! And got us the best trade in value! The sales manager John De Sousa was extremely personable. We then meet Lazar Lazarovski the financial services manager who was also extremely helpful and very patient in getting us the right financial packages that satisfied our needs, did not push us in any way and even made us coffee!, also Amy Yang was helpful when taking delivery of our car. Having been at other luxury car brand dealerships like BMW, Mercedes, Audi and even Lexus, I can say without doubt that none of them can be compared to the overall legendary quality service that Lexus On The Park offers, with the exceptional team that’s there. Over the past two decades we have visited the Lexus on the Park team for the full range of auto services so when it came time for me to buy my first car I knew I could trust them to treat me well. Alistair and his team took the time to find me the *right* vehicle and to walk me through all the details of the purchase. Mark and Anthony helped me get through the necessary paperwork (easy) and Josie patiently explained the features of the car before letting me go. Buying a car, like making any major purchase, can be a stressful process. But today I drove away from the LOTP dealership, smiling in my first real car.
