We were, however, somewhat mystified as to why we had to take delivery on Nov 30 when I had to liquidate investments so that money was not going into our bank until the next day. We wanted to take delivery then but were told after we had made the deal that it had to be finalized and delivered on Nov 30 for some sort of month end requirements. Lexus RX350 2015 Purchase - Great experience My dad and I came to this dealership, almost by impulse when we found out that the 2016 RX models were going to be released in one week and wanted to My dad and I came to this dealership, almost by impulse when we found out that the 2016 RX models were going to be released in one week and wanted to find out more information about it. However, once we arrived, and were walking around the parking lot casually, Farzad (AJ) stopped by and spent a couple of minutes answering all of our doubts and inquiries very thoroughly. What we liked the most about his help was that he was very open and frank about the models and gave us an idea of the advantages and disadvantages of each model. It didn't take long for us to decide on buying the 2015 model, and we ended up purchasing the SUV within the 3 hours since first walking in! We came to pick up the RX the weekend after and that's when we met Christine Nam. She is so friendly, courteous and very professional. She was very patient when she was training us with the functions of the new SUV and how to operate this model. Overall, Christine made the experience very exciting! Both these individuals took the time to see how we were doing in the later weeks. It shows that their customer service does not stop once the deal is closed, but ensures that we get quality service afterwards as well. Thank you AJ, and Christine! More

The asistence by Ken Eggett the sales associate was exemplary. I was shown both the camry hybrid and lexus 330h with no percievable bias, allowed to test drive both and recieved comparable quotations for both. Purchasing a car is not a small decision. The balanced and comprehensive information i was provided matched the research i had done and speaks to the intergity of the dealership and Ken The after sales financial support was equally good. although I ultimately declined any financing, Anthony Trasmundi was professional, patient and thoughtful. Again balanced, without undue sales pressure, only complete disclosure on options and costs. The vehicle prepartation and handover was great. From having my inquires answered at 12am using their websites instant messaging forum, to the honesty and integrity projected from my sales associate Ben Momayez, my experience was nothing but smiles. Ben rewrites the "used car salesman" stigma, and should teach professional lessons on how it is done properly. I can't say enough good things.
