I felt no pressure at all to make any decision that night but because Benjamin had addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction, I bought the car after a very straightforward negotiation. I felt no need to shop around and waste time with other dealers. We agreed on a time for me to pick up the car but when there was a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, he gave me a loner to use so I wouldn't be inconvenienced.
