RX 350 maintenance service Well... they missed few basics during maintenance service on my vehicle, i.e.. battery was left intact (messy,dirty) and did not lubricate hinges. Should I trust them with the rest, e.g.differential oil change etc? I do not think so. If Lexus trained techs miss such basics.....then dealership has a major problem. Sure...they would only reimburse me for the deficiencies I noted but not for the whole maintenance package. I just wanted to be reimbursed and go to another dealer to redo same maintenance service. They would not agree to such request. More

This guy is doing thing in a way of very thoughtful, detailed and friendly. He tries every way to be helpful to customers; give you honest answers, get as much info as possible. He is so committed and proud to be with the brand and the dealer to introduce all service available. I feel much more peaceful then before talking with him on owning a product/service. I will definitely recommend my friends to choose a service with him. More

My husband did tons of research before we choose this dealer and it proved that we chose the right one. David is very professional and patient, considerate. We have to postponed our appointment at last minute but he didn't complain a little bit, but just very considerate and help us arrange another time. We didn't feel any kind of push during the whole experiences, and were given plenty of time in making our final decision. He also helped us understand the procedure and requirement of finance. David is very experienced and knowledge, and accessible whenever we have questions. We are so glad that we met David, not only a sales, but also a friend. The finance specialist Amy is also very professional and helped us with the whole finance transition smoothly. And also I have to mention Josie, the delivery specialist, detailed and knowledgeable introduction of the new car. We have to leave early due to our personal matters, and she was too kind to offer us the second introduction. We are so touched. More
I have been sold a Lemon I purchased two cars within few weeks from Lexus on the Park. A brand new NX and a used IS250. The reason why I purchased the used car is because I fe I purchased two cars within few weeks from Lexus on the Park. A brand new NX and a used IS250. The reason why I purchased the used car is because I felt that Lexus dealership would stand behind their product and that they cannot afford selling Lemons to their loyal customers. At the time of the purchase I was told that any issues would be taken care of and I should not worry about anything. You can also imagine that I paid more for the used car compared to a smaller dealership which I didn't mind because I was assured that Lexus on the park is reputable and I'm buying a good car for the price that I'm paying. I wanted a quality car without headaches. As soon as I took the car from the dealership the problems started. First it was the roters (old) and the wheels not being balanced and the wheel shaking on the highway when I drove a speed of more than 90 km. Second it was all the scratches that became visible after the first rain and I had to take it back again to get it polished and scratches removed and third was a noise in the front of the car that turned out to be the strut mount which will cost me more than $500 to fix. I also paid $160 to diagnose the problem as Lexus on the Park was supposedly not able to find it themselves and they were saying that the car has no issues and I felt that they are implying that I'm making it up. I had to go to another Lexus dealer and pay them to find the problem. And get this, the last known problem at the moment is that this car is an ACCIDENT car which was not released to me at the time of the purchase. I had to find it out the hard way. I went to a car wash and after the car wash the paint of the passenger door had been chipped off. I reported it to the car wash company and claimed it there but they refused to fix the paint damage because their appraiser showed me that this car has been involved in an accident and the whole side of the car had been painted previously but the primer had not been given enough time to dry and the paint job was not properly finished. Needless to say that as per the appraiser apparently not the best quality product was used for the paint job. So I had to pay for the repaint of the door myself. I didn't even try going back to Lexus on the Park because I can guess their response based on my previous correspondences with Abid Shivji, it is not a safety issue. Now after another visit to another car wash I noticed that the paint in another location is coming off as well. Which means another $1000 for paint again. I had contacted the service dept of Lexus (Abid Shivji) and told them about the strut mount previously and they told me that this is not a safety issue therefore it is not their problem and I have to fix it myself even though I flagged this problem right after I purchased the car. Regarding the paint I tried to contact the sales person Ben Momayez, but he does not pick up my phone calls anymore. I guess, he knows why I'm calling. He has finished his sales and the issue is done for him. This used car purchase has been such a nightmare and I do not recommend anyone to purchase used cars from Lexus on the Park or any other Lexus dealership. They are more expensive than the regular car dealerships and they don't stand behind their product. In addition they don't disclose their customer if a car has had an accident or if it has mechanical issues. If you are familiar with cars you might be able to find these issues but how many people do you know that can find these type of issues themselves? As for myself I am truly disappointed to have had this kind of experience and I have learned my lesson. I will surely never buy a Lexus from Lexus on the Park or any other Lexus dealers again. It seems to be a dealership like any other one except you pay a lot more here. More

From someone who has spent their entire wo First time visiting Lexus on the Park with my 2010 RX450h for a scheduled Maintenance visit (193,000 kms). From someone who has spent their entire work career in retail, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish - at every customer touch point and every "moment of truth". Over the past six years I have taken this vehicle to four other Lexus dealerships in the GTA for service and this was without question the best experience that I have had. I highly recommend Service Advisor Greg Mugford, but really is was everybody and everything from (A) booking on the website to (B) the follow-up call to confirm to (C) the greeting when I entered the service bay to (D) check-in to (E) picking up the loaner car to (F) follow-up call to advise of additional recommended work to (G) returning the loaner car to (H) checking out and getting my vehicle returned to me. Great job! More

Yin showed me several cars within my price range and we test drove 2 of them. I was pleased that he didn't try and upsell me to a more expensive option as happened at other non-Lexus dealers I checked out prior to this purchase. He gave me his honest opinion on the best value for money Lexus and I bought a 2012 Lexus IS 250 that I am very pleased with. There was no haggling on price and there was no pressure to buy the extra warranty features, though they were carefully explained. Also, Josie Allen did a great job explaining the car's many features. A very enjoyable car buying experience from start to finish. Adam More

Gave us great advice and luck has it our dream car 2014 RX450H with the ultimate package was to arrive later that night. Yin was prompt and called once the car arrived. We had the grand-kids with us, so we took them over to see the car and what a reception they received from Sean and all others. Very warm and you feel like you are with family not dealership. Yin Chan explained clearly all the details of the two options we had, allowed us to go for test drive and we concluded the deal. What a wonderful buying experience. When the car was ready to pick up everything was smooth and Josie took the time to explain the operation of everything. Thank you Team Lexus On The Park....love you all. More
Setting the bar on customer service I recently purchased an 2013 RX350. I'm not the person who enjoys the back and forth on negotiation and being left with the feeling that I got ripped I recently purchased an 2013 RX350. I'm not the person who enjoys the back and forth on negotiation and being left with the feeling that I got ripped off. For this reason, I chose to take my business to Lexus on the Park. I was referred to Benjamin Solayman and through a combination of email exchanges, we had essentially closed the deal. Times are changing with purchasing behavior and people no longer have the time to walk into a dealership to browse and barter. When service consultant, Greg Mugford knew I was in the market, he passed on my info to Benjamin. Benjamin was not a pushy sales person and he was direct and to the point in listing 3-4 options for me. Typically, a sales person would never disclose all of this info over an intro email, however Benjamin has already learned that sales can come from anywhere at anytime. I scheduled an appointment to come in and test drive the cars and within the hour, my car was purchased. Benjamin's level of customer service, professionalism and just being a whole hearted good person, were the reasons I chose to purchase from Lexus on the Park. I left thinking I got the best deal (which made me feel satisfied with my purchase). The entire team was able to accommodate just about all of my requests for this vehicle. The Sales Manager, Lazar was also a pleasure to deal with as he took the time to explain all the documents clearly and Josie Allen was excellent on the day I picked up my car. She took the time to explain all the features and functions of the car and even got them to do a secondary interior clean on the car because she felt it wasn't to her standards. I was impressed with this. To the entire team starting from Greg Mugford for referring Benjamin to me, to Benjamin himself for being a top notch sales person (and now my new friend at Lexus), to Lazar in helping to finalize the sale and Josie for arranging the pick up, I am sincerely grateful for you amazing service and extremely happy with my vehicle. AJ was great at helping me select the right vehicle for my needs and then working to get me the price that I wanted. My best ever car buying experience to date. Vehicle delivery was the best and most thorough turn-over I've ever been through. Josie Allen was patient and took her her time in explaining all the features and vehicle set-up options. I thought my last Lexus dealer experience was good - Lexus on the Park was better. Would highly recommend this dealership. They are very easy to work with. More

My wife is so impressed with the service department that we did not even consider shopping for another make of car. Also did not shop other Lexus dealers as we felt that the treatment was always first class. Christine Nam helped explaining the incredible features of the new vehicle and how it was different from our 2010. Again, she was very good at explaining the difference features of the 2016. We will most likely come back for a second visit to go over the electronics after we have driven the car for a few weeks. John De Sousa, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful.
