Dear Janusz, In our previous communication, i did acknowledge human error on our part which we are very sorry for. We did not clean the battery terminals or lubricate the latches & hinges. We did inspect all other components such as tires, brakes, filters etc. as we provided the full report on the vehicle along with the alignment specifications. I understand you lost trust even with the information which was supplied due to which i offered to have the service done again. I also stated we would compensate you $200.00 as a service credit as this was an error on our end. Please advise if you would like to get another service performed as it has been a year since the last service. We did make an error and are trying to do our very best to have it rectified. I appreciate your feedback and hope we can regain your trust. Thank you

well....if technician missed these basics I think it is understandable that I have serious concerns about the rest of the service (e.g. differential or transfer case oil change) which I can't verify!! And that is big difference as the only thing I could verify myself was the battery and lubrication. Hence I asked you to reimburse me for the full amount of service as I wanted to go to another dealer to perform same service (will even provide you with the invoice) to which you said no. I also agreed to observe tech working on my car which would satisfy me...you said -no (typical insurance excuse- FYI- I have been on many floors at different dealers to see their work with no issues). Then? I have been driving cars for over 30 years and from Lexus I think I could expect better service.... never had issue like this. I understand nothing is perfect but...to miss few basics..unacceptable. No, thanks for your 200$ as it is for what I identified,not you, and it does not cover the rest of the service.

Dear Mehdi, The vehicle in question is a 2007 model which was purchased certified and e-tested. One month after the purchase you had an alignment concern, we went ahead and had it taken care off at no charge (goodwill). In August you had a brake pulsation (Not a part of certification - rust is based on environmental factors), We replaced all 4 brake rotors on your vehicle at no charge (goodwill #2). The dealership spend $1300.00 addressing concerns we did not need to. The noise you were experiencing, we tried to duplicate it a couple of times with no fault found which was communicated with you, we were not making this up. We respected your schedule and had the vehicle picked up from you to have these issues addressed. We will always stand behind our customer within reason and in this case we went over and above the call of duty. It is unfortunate you require to replace the strut mounts however you did purchase a 2007 model year vehicle and wear and tear is possible. I also checked the car proof on the vehicle and there is no claims or accidents showing so we have been completely honest up to now. We are built on trust and integrity and we will always conduct business in this fashion.

In my review, I have indicated that you fixed the brake and roters because it was a safety issue. I also indicated that you buffed the car again after all the scratches came to light, however the fact is that your sales person stated at the time of the purchase that this car has absolutely no issues or problems and if there are any worries I should just call and come in and things will be taken care of. I did exactly what I was asked to do regarding the strut mount but your mechanic did not find it or did not want to find it? This car has an accident. Shell's insurance appraiser has established that. I also took it to a body shop and they showed me exactly where the car had an accident. I know that I have purchased a 2007 model, therefore, I did not mention the other mechanical repairs that I had to do which was more than $1500 not even six months after my purchase. Had I known that I will need to spend around $20 K (repairs included), I would had purchased a higher model from another no name dealer. At least I would had known that I'm buying at my own risk. I bought from Lexus on the Park with the promise that you stand behind your product. You only repaired the safety item, not the strut mount and did not disclose that this car had an accident. Check the CarProof. I cannot even take this car to a regular car wash because the paint will come off in carouse locations.
