Terrible customer service We were disgusted by the poor customer service. For over a year we were getting the run around by staff and management! Ultimately they did not stand behind their product and did not fix the problem. Even at the management and owner level of this company the service was awful and they made it very clear that they are only interested in taking your money and not in maintaining relationships. Love my Lexus NX I've had my NX since the summer and absolutely love this car. It's sporty, fun to drive, roomy and so comfortable.
