He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in all his dealings with me, and knows his product very well. He was not pushy at any time and exuded patience and cooperation throughout our negotiations, test drives and communications at all times. Both these vehicles performed exceptionally well in adverse road conditions. Maintenance had been nothing but perfect. Most special to mention was the customer service we got ..... it has been satisfaction guaranteed pure and simple !! No worries before and much better upon the introduction of "Valet Service"..... sit back and relax at the comfort of your home (with a replacement vehicle) or enjoying the free breakfast at a hotel nearby while waiting ..... maybe just wait at Lexus and enjoy free service of SPA. Of course this would not be just all the bells and whistles of freebies - what is special is respect and service with a smile !! We did not think that these services can be topped until we met Carlos Guevarra - we loved the new sporty looks of the 2016 RX 350F and we traded in our GX 460 now that our kids have their own place and stuff. Although our GX was not yet up and we still owe money on it - the trade went not just pretty well, it was really smooth. Carlos through Lexus gave us a perfect price and with some equity from our GX use - that's fantastic !! The trade went "Flawless" - no worries and to top it all was the genuine customer service and respect we got from Carlos through Shannon of Finance. From the moment we walked in the door; everything has been exceptional. Delainie Shaw, our New Sales Representative, is the type of person you instantly trust and feel comfortable with. She is knowledgeable, caring, informative, and you can tell she genuinely wants her customers to be happy. We appreciated her patience and willingness to go up and beyond. The New Sales Manager Evan Schindel is extremely professional and knows his stuff! He did everything in his power to insure we closed a deal efficiently and effectively.
