Terrible people Bought a used jeep from them that was in on a trade it. They were very rude. xxxxxx around with head lights that didnt work. Was told it was a malfunction between when the inspection was done and when I bought it ( less then a months time) THEN found a huge leak which is common problem and they wouldnt do anything about it because it was our of the 30 days. Daid it wasnt leaking when they had it which I have been told by many professionals that isnt true and it takes way longer then a month for that bad of lean to develop. Absolute xxxxx about everything would never recomend coming to them stear clear. More

Replacement of License Plate Bolts/Place New Renewal Sticker The other day I had washed my RX350 with the intent of putting on my new license plate sticker. Unfortunately, when I went to remove the bolts on my l The other day I had washed my RX350 with the intent of putting on my new license plate sticker. Unfortunately, when I went to remove the bolts on my license plate, both bolts completely sheared off. When I called the dealership, they were aware that this was a problem. That being said, why was the work to drill out and tap the old bolts out not covered warranty? At least these should have been proactively replaced earlier. Once the bolts had been removed, I had asked the service department to place the new sticker on the plate since it was off the SUV. Unfortunately, the technician placed the renewal sticker in the wrong location. Now I don't know if I get pulled over by the police that will warrant a fine. this remains to be seen. More

I’ve always been greeted as I drive the car in and again when I approach the service desk. The vehicle is always ready when they promise and it appears in perfect order. I always appreciate the wash. I had to postpone an appointment once due to going to Calgary for the birth of my granddaughter and after the postponed service appointment, there was a note of congratulations and a cute stuffed “Lexus “ hippo on the console when I picked up my vehicle. I’ll never drive anything but a Lexus and I’ll never buy one anywhere other than Lexus of Edmonton. They are amazing and have customer service as their top priority. More
